Fruit ICE CREAM and sorbets

The idea for Portofino Ice Cream needed some time to grow. However, once it became a reality, it flourished. Our thoughts immediately turn to all those passionate people and the province of Lublin, which is known for its high-quality dairy and fruit products. It is Poland’s largest region for growing raspberries and the second largest for growing strawberries and blueberries.

The favourable conditions helped improve our product. Years of experience have taught us how to blend the finest varieties of raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries in a way that is both tasty and full of happiness. Fruits from the province of Lublin give Portofino Ice Cream a taste that is almost native to the region.

Even though production has gone up, we haven't given up on craft regimes. Their colour and smell come from nature.

Made with fresh milk, cream and butter

We do not use emulsifiers, as well as artificial colours or flavours because they are totally unnecessary

The fruit content in most of our sorbets reaches up to 50%

The success of Portofino Ice Cream is built on working with great people whose lives revolve around pursuing their passions. True, these passions are not the same as mine, but they are pursued with the same tenacity. I’ve met fruit farmers who could go on for hours about the best types of raspberries or strawberries. The same thing happened when I tried to reach out to dairy farmers. Everyone is committed to their work. They have a burning passion to go above and beyond to ensure the excellence of their products, all while being mindful of nature’s role in the process. They taught me to be humble, have patience, be persistent, and not take shortcuts. You can’t deceive nature. We use cutting-edge technology and machinery to produce not just more but also better results.
