NATURE IS OUR ALLY
The brand of PORTOFINO ICE CREAM started out as an idea and took time to solidify into what it is today.
In other words, we make craft ice cream and sorbets from high-quality and bountiful local strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Our products are founded on tradition, but we also make our own fruit-based recipes and flavour compositions.
We have enough fruit to speak of, because the Lublin Province is Poland's greatest strawberry producer, as well as a top producer of raspberries and blueberries.
Even though production has gone up, we haven't given up on craft regimes. Their colour and smell come from nature.
Made with fresh milk, cream and butter
We do not use emulsifiers, as well as artificial colours or flavours because they are totally unnecessary
The fruit content in most of our sorbets reaches up to 50%
